Eddie Moran JR - works at the WKHF Station, and is fairly scientific.
The Home Guard - has power; executed the Police Chief and others. Was previously Jack Stettler and his Rooster Club, but changed their name to The Home Guard.
Jack Stettler - owned Harper's Ford Sporting Goods store at 4 Main St. Harper's Ford, started the Rooster Club, a take charge kind of guy, collected serious military gear (automatic weapons, grenades, flamethrowers, half-track), then has insanity and starts to call himself Colonel. Murdered between the eyes Mayor Lance.

Havener's - live in Haven and are allies of the people in the Barrier. Have been their long before and are strange. Some are murdered by execution (shot by firing squad) - ordered by Jack Stettler. They have pale white skin, black eyes, and dark black hair. They are under five foot as a rule it seems, and are also thinner than regular humans. Faces are also thin and angular. They move with fluid movements. They claim to be from a time where there is no colour.
